Objective I am looking for a company for which I can be an asset with my medical

limitations. I cannot lift heavy weights or walk long distances without being oxygen assisted. I am a very personable, self- driven and honest man.

SUMMARY I have a strong background in Sales Management (Recruiting, Training, and Motivating). I have led the sales team in overall sales and closing percentages in every organization that I have been affiliated. I have a strong loyal and moral work ethic which leads to gained trust of my customers, sales force, and employers.

Of Nashville. I was with them with the same duties until I retired for medical

reasons due to Covid19 complications which prevented me from completing my

Environmental Water Treatment Systems, Inc. 2012 -- 2017

Returned to EWS in January 2012 and took the position of Senior Water Analyst. Responsible for presenting potential clients an in-home demonstration showing how the quality of their tap water could be affecting their home, health and budget, uncovering their concerns, showing them how we can take care of those concerns with our various equipment combinations, then leading them to a buying decision. To this date, I have the highest closing percentage in the history of EWS. This is a one-time close sale. Responsible for appointments provided by marketing department, creating lead sources by putting out door hangers, gathering referrals from existing customers and cold calling around new sales locations.

Area Manager, Blue Ribbon Foods, Inc. 2005 – 2011

Responsible for recruitment, training, goal setting and motivation of sales force. Personally developed more Sales Managers than any other manager in BRF. Took the Nashville Office to highest volume office in BRF and held that position for 5 years. When company corporate trainer was unavailable, my office was used by BRF as alternate training office. I developed Managers by a high standard of training, goal setting, and empowering my Representatives to learn my duties and delegating these duties to them. This was a way for them to be prepared when an opportunity opened up for them in Management. Generated leads by participating in numerous home shows, health fairs, or any function that would have high levels of people traffic; referrals, and internet inquiries. Trained on setting appointments, sales presentation, closing and paperwork. Taught time management, goal setting. Encouraged and motivated by using sales contest, individual training and counseling or whatever the individuals needs. (Even called a few wives to help with the motivation) Responsible for daily tasks, reporting to corporate, and any other assigned duties.

Responsible for recruitment, training, goal setting, and motivation of sales force as well as maintaining personal sales. Coordinating activities with the installation/service department, generating lead sources, ordering sales/training supplies, conducting chemical safety training, hiring, counseling, and other managerial/office responsibilities assigned.

(Break in service between 1996 and 1999 because I had the opportunity to take a break and raise my boys, i.e., Mr. Mom).

Responsible for all facets of operation of branch office. Office, sales, installation, and advertising budgets. All recruitment, training, and motivation of personnel in all areas of operation. Sold, furnished, and installed vinyl siding and windows for Sears and Century 21. Stock got inflated in price, big stockholders sold and bankrupted company.

Owner, MDC Entertainment Incorporated 1976 – 1982

Owned and operated the largest mobile disco in Texas. Worked mostly with military club systems. Responsible for improving the sales and profits by generating an atmosphere through music, lighting, and stage presence that was conducive to an enjoyable evening. Also responsible for all club promotions, contests, and advertising.

Assistant District Manager, Continental Oil Company 1971 – 1975

Attendant promoted to Assistant District Manager in 1973. At the age of 18 years old, I was the youngest person promoted to Manager in the Company’s

history. Responsible for supervising the conversion of lease stations to company operated self-service stations. Responsible for the training of managers in all areas of operation.
