• Oversaw development of workshop on Fresh Food Development, working on several sections of program with my instructional design team to have a hands-on experience in Fresh Food Innovation. Oversaw delivery to 80 licensees in a 2-day Train the Trainer meeting for delivery back in their country. Level 3 results were the implementation of program in their countries and Level 4 was the improvement in fresh food sales and SKUs. Developed a high performing learning team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and overseeing team of four global operations managers that worked throughout the globe.
