Performed the functional and technical planning, management, requirements elicitation, functional design, documentation, development, testing, change requests, implementation, maintenance and support of reports, integrations, application customizations and processes, many that were large, complex, or had immovable deadlines. These crossed multiple applications and organizations primarily for HR, external vendors, internal customers, managers, employees and applicants, utilizing the Agile, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and TCF’s Project Management Office methodologies to produce required deliverables in the Ultipro, Oracle, Lawson, and Ceridian Source550/Encore/ SourceLink payroll systems, while working with and maintaining communication with all affected parties.

Sr Business Analyst January 2017 – November 2020

Spearheaded the Lawson to Oracle data conversion with a 99% load success rate.

Mapped and tested the 40+ integrations for the Oracle to Ultipro merger conversion with 99% end-user satisfaction rate.

Ensured the Service Level Agreement (SLA) was met and/or exceeded by providing prompt triage and resolution to production incidents (via TCF Help Desk) of applications, reports, and integrations. Assisted in writing Knowledge Base articles.

Partnered heavily with the File Transfers team, internal business partners and external vendors to ensure successful SFTP setup, connection and transmission for all new and existing integrations.

Coordinated, identified, and managed integration impacts during Oracle outages due to releases/upgrades and communicated to impacted end-users appropriately.

Utilized and customized the Lawson MSS on-line forms and processes to automate employee changes which standardized processing procedures between decentralized HR teams.

Created detailed installation calendars and task lists of critical path processes and installations leading to go-live for several recurring implementations including one with 12 separate installations.

Coordinated the Lawson and Source550 data refreshes, obfuscation, and patch management process, in addition to testing environment/application upgrades/releases.

Reduced creation time by 75% for future projects by creating a ‘Golden Set’ repeatable UAT Batch Test Plan.

Acted as liaison for Ceridian’s Payroll mainframe, software applications, processes, and integrations.

Business Systems Consultant I February 2004 – August 2011

Managed the full scope of projects by writing Project Charters, Status Reports, Change Requests and meeting minutes; facilitated Status Meetings and Steering Committee Meetings; built Project Plans and schedules.

Maintained dual roles during simultaneous projects (up to four at one time) as Project Manager and Business Analyst and successfully met multiple project deliverables on-time.

Utilized the Lawson ESS to automate paper pay stubs which reduced costs instantly and pleased employees as shown by an immediate, high volume of opt-out (of paper pay stubs) responses.

Developed a complex LTD opt-out process that allowed employees a waiting period of 6-weeks from eligibility date; if employee did not opt-out, this ensured the employee deduction would be passed to Ceridian.

Created, coordinated, and executed thorough unit testing scripts and comprehensive UAT plans (up to six cycles) to ensure high quality deliverables; facilitated daily team calls; promptly logged, maintained, and triaged the Test Problem Log.

Recognized and designed/developed an open enrollment auditing mechanism which ensured that the Lawson, Source550 and Ceridian mainframe systems were all in sync with regards to new year deductions.

Designed a system process to assist Benefit team members to easily access legacy retirement data; this eliminated the need for IT involvement of retrieving the data and providing efficiencies for Benefits.

Supported and trained the HRIS Coordinator with new/updated process flows, job streams, and HRIS Operations Procedures; provided backup, on-going guidance, and triage support.
