Summary

Over the past 25+ years, I have successfully held multiple leadership roles in operations and process improvement management in multiple organizations. As a director, I specifically led the management and/or reorganization of operations in the sales, marketing, manufacturing and finance groups across multiple cities, counties, and states. As the System Services Director of Financial Clearance and Patient Financial Counseling, I led a fully remote division of 125+ employees, managers, supervisors, coordinators, whose job was to manage all inbound Pre-Access Accounts including authorization and collections. I have also led the reorganization and interim operations while advancing the profitability of the Revenue Cycle Division of a large healthcare organization. To add to my experience, I have extensive senior and practical experience in business operations, including leadership, strategy, program/project management, revenue cycle restructure and management from The Coca-Cola Company, Diversity and Training Program.

As a director of projects / project management, I have led projects of varying size, and scope, including mentoring multiple project managers while effectively orchestrating programs. I have facilitated over 250 chartered projects ranging from “balance neutral” to $50M while leading both project management and operational teams to success. I previously managed the employee LEAN 6 Sigma program for all new hired team members in the eastern region of the organization from where I am employed. Prior to working at this organization, I provided direction, support, and management to project managers, leads and supervisors.

To enhance and grow my ability to strategically manage this vital part of the company, I continue to apply special focus to strategic program/project and quality management, (certified 6 Sigma Black Belt, LEAN Black Belt, Change Agent Manager and PMAlliance Manager), corporate requests for analysis, report writing and facilitation of time sensitive assignments.
