Event Operations Administrator/Medical Assistant - National Staffing Services- March 2022 to Present

I work in the Covid-19 testing group that is part of a border testing site run by the state of California. I work as a Medical Assistant half o the time, which includes working in our testing lab. In the lab I process Covid-19 test as well as send our positive result out for genomic testing. We follow strict disinfecting procedures as to make sure no cross contamination occurs. I also work in registration at times where I register clients that have arrived throughout the day and create their testing requisition forms.

As an Event Operations Administrator I oversee the testing department. I train new employees as well as make sure all of their paperwork is up to date. I send them for N95 fit testing. I assign and delegate the daily duties and break and lunch schedules to our staff. This role also require I do a number of reports regarding our site result numbers. I also am responsible for scanning all of our site assets and relaying that information back to Optum which is the company I work for through National Staffing. I address and solve any problems we have with equipment and also help with problems that are staff related. I was promoted to this position after working at the site for 6 months.

Per Diem Medical Assistant - Discovery Health Services- January 2022 to Present

Set up sites for Covid 19 testing at remote location. Sign in each person receiving a test. Administer and process Covid 19 test. Deliver results as they are processed. This can be a one day assignment or can reoccur weekly.

Medical Assistant - Weight Loss MD- November 2021 to Present
