Specifically my main duties were as follows:

o Management and preparation of daily reports of serviced machines and those waiting for parts and planned/scheduled regular services. o Making daily updates on the system (Pronto Thin Client) with the current machine hrs/kms which guide the preparation of service schedules of the machines o Preparation of weekly service schedules of the machines according to the hrs/kms of the machine worked.

o Opening work orders, making picking slips for the materials needed to do jobs o Closing the work orders for the completed jobs

o Preparing ANSI (Application for New Sock Item) forms for the items (parts) which are used regularly in the site so that supplies department could make them stock items.
