Hearthside Food Solutions March 2020 – November 2022 Sr. HR Generalist

As the Sr. HR Generalist, I supported all HR activities and provide business partner consultation. At this plant, we produce protein bars for multiple customers. Core responsibilities:

Assist with broader human capital projects that impact the larger enterprise or are specific to the plant.

Utilize Workday as the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), serve as an advocate of the tool and provide adequate training to employees.

Collaborate with leadership to create a sustainable organizational design.

Assist with and manage the proactive hourly and skilled trade recruiting program.
