Wallflower Cultivation Company, Tulsa, OK Apr 2019 to Nov 2022

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Raised $1.5MM from individual investors to build out and operate a 14,000SF cannabis cultivation and processing facility.

Contributed to the success of company’s progression by leading and ensuring the design, construction, and licensing in line with all applicable state and local entities.

Coached and empowered a full-time staff of 12 to propel the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including strain selection, propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, harvest windows, drying cycles, curing, processing, testing, packaging, and sales.

Created effective policies and procedures to produce quality products focusing on passing all required testing and market standards.

Employed solvent-less processing techniques to drive high-quality concentrates for branded, value-added products. Gained customer interest and wholesale orders via branding, sales, and social media interaction.
