EDUCATION

I received my bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University in 2012 with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and received my Associate of Arts in Business Administration in September 2009 also from Strayer University.

Attended Swisher Theological Seminar, Denver, Colorado and received Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion.

I have completed four units (1600 Hours) of Clinical Pastoral Education with the Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training, Orlando, FL. I am a board-certified Chaplain through ACCC which is the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training effective June 17, 2019.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND SKILLS

Implementation of new procedures and policies; I have trained and supervised staff as well as been involved in audits, research, and the resolution of customer problems. I have also attended many civic and educational workshops and received numerous certificates for participation. Volunteer Chaplain for four years with Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Chester, PA, which afforded me the opportunity to share with individuals and families as they navigate through illness, death, and other life events. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, 11-5-2019 to 1-4-2020, Kohls Department store, Midlothian, VA. Mainly worked the jewelry counter during the holiday season. Cashiered in other departments per management discretion, helped with stocking and unloading.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ASSESSOR, March, 2009 –December, 2018, City of Chester, Assessor’s office, Chester, PA. Process property transfer for all real estate purchased in the City of Chester that involve, purchase, sheriff sale, repository sale, estate foreclosure etc. Maintain City and County records, process assessment figures, title transfers and year end reports for KOZ, HUD and CEDA. Handle all customer service issues for Assessor’s office. Correlated with the tax department to make sure all taxes and fees were taken care of and entered into computer for record keeping. Produced year-end reports showing receipts and disbursements for property transactions. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, June, 2002-March, 2009, City of Chester, Police Activities League, Chester, PA. Typed reports, created flyers and tickets. Processed weekly payroll for 50-60 employees. Produced monthly and quarterly reports for CEDA, Valentine Foundation, City of Chester and Weed and Seed program. I was responsible for the accounts payable and receivable. Made sure all monies coming in to program were recorded in quick books and balanced all accounts for the City of Chester PAL Program Ordered and stocked supplies. Attended meetings, workshops and fill in wherever Executive Director may have needed me. Offered moral and physical support to children in the programs throughout the City of Chester.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, 2001-2002, Suburban Ob/Gyn Clinic, Ridley, PA. Assisted Doctors as they performed routine check ups and procedures in the clinic during the day. Responsible for preparing equipment, and making sure rooms were ready for occupancy. Prepared laboratory papers and sent specimens to various labs in the city and county for testing. Received an average of 200 phone calls daily from Doctor’s offices that had to be entered into the computer before the finish of the day. Ordered equipment needed for surgeries and made sure staff was notified and assigned.

I am still a Chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains and have always been with them regardless what other contract I have. In 2020 when Covid was at it’s peak I still did contract services for Senior Living.
