•Train various personnel on operation control procedures, demonstrate how to properly identify defects per product dimensional specifications.
•Using precision tools and statistical software such as Infinity & SAP to report the development of parts, place QI hold on parts for further inspection or correction to better devise strategies to improve parts efficiency and effectiveness.
•Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and collecting/ analyzing data with Excel.
•Overseeing the developmental molding process via plastic injection of all parts/ components and toilets seats as they are being made in the production process.

•Assist Set Up Techs with answering basic machine alarms issues i.e. robot errors, correcting material to hopper and changing out molds when requested.
