PROFILE
Joining the retail automotive industry in 1998 as Pre-Owned Director have
maintained a solid trajectory of growth for both the dealerships have operated at
and myself personally holding titles of Pre-Owned Director, Sales Manager, General
Sales Manager and General Manager. As a leader I've fostered a culture to excel
with process and customer experience being paramount to the mindset of the team.
In overseeing hundreds of individuals over my career pride myself on two
qualifications, the ability to get the best out of each report and second to create a
healthy workplace while still encouraging a competitive nature.

As the Managing member of the Variable Operations Department was responsible
and accountable for a staff of 32 direct reports with my duties including:
e Ensuring staff adhered to company policies and directives as stipulated by the
Dealer Principal and Department Managers including the following of a Health
and Safety Standards as well as certification of all staff with respective licenses.
« Compiled data to design and implement improved efficiencies through
scheduling.
« Created training regimen for all new reports to ensure complete immersion into
corporate structure prior to engaging responsibilities.
e Recognized the importance of engagement with daily review of CIT in addition
to holding CIT meetings with team three time daily.
© Oversaw the hiring of all relevant staff members delegating search and
interviewing responsibilities to team leaders while maintaining final approval.
« With an annual advertising budget of $750,000, monitored all digital campaigns
were GA4 compliant and followed C4 Analytics.
e Focusing on digital retailing was able to monitor traffic, institute pivot pricing
models, increasing volume by nearly 98% while pushing profitability by 152%.
Typically, this would effect the CSI, however our team led the region month over
month.

As a direct report to the Owner of these groups was recognized for the ability to
solve liabilities, thus over this time period moved through several of his locations
placing me where was needed most. With this group gained working knowledge
of GM, Acura, and Toyota brands.
e Established a set corporate culture that fostered the Dealer Principals values.
« Trained and Coached all Management level employees at each dealership was
responsible for creating processes that monitored traffic, sales, revenue,
acquisition and inventory aging.
« Recognizing the importance of ROI, reviewed all financial inputs that would
affect each KPI designated by the Dealer Principal including advertising,
inventory, staffing, and expenses.
« Responsible for the positive turnaround of three of the groups stores.
