hotels in different locations in Dubai such as Meydan,

include 176 residential buildings of 45000 apartments

and 6 hotels . The non Meydan projects include 40

Hollow core slabs and pre-cast beams are utilized in the construction, GRC envelopes are used for external elevations. The project includes also external works, roads, pavements, drainage pipes and manholes.

1.Arrangement and control of Basic recourses of construction including material, equipment, manpower and expenses.

2.Coordination with Consultants, & Subcontractors.

3.Chairing technical & coordination meetings including preparation of minutes of meeting.

Deluxe finished building of an area of about 21000M2 built on pile foundations with Granite and Marble work for all flooring, concrete slabs constructed by post tensioning method. Swimming Pool, Gymnasium Hall and Sauna Room all at the Ground floor.

3. (G+7) Residential Building at Tawi – Al Saigh, Dubai.

A multi storey building of an area of 9000M2, finished with high level of quality. Central air – conditioned, metal decorative tile false ceiling for entrance lobby and vinyl cladding aluminum foil backed gypsum tiles false ceiling for other floors.

Burislee & Seddique Construction Co. – Kuwait

Worked in the execution of the following projects:

1.Housing Project for National Housing Authority,completed in two stages :

Stage 1. Construction of 438 Houses

Stage 2. Construction of 352 Houses

The duties included site works for the above houses and all external roads, landscaping and infrastructure services.

2.Neighborhood Center consists of Multi Purpose Hall, Post Office, Mosque, Substation, Retail Shop, Police Station, Library, Health center and Supermarket. Parking constructed using Asphaltic Materials.
