Coordinating and updating all HSE requirements for the project maintenance related tasks and preparing all necessary documents before starting any maintenance activity.

Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and building management system and building repairs.

Conducting regular maintenance check in facility buildings and outside of buildings.

Organizing and updating tracking and data system (CMMS).

Assisting operational manager in electrical and plumbing equipment.

Guiding sub-contractors with the overall operations and maintenance to be carried out as per planned system.
