Was responsable.for the driving of a company service welding truck and any othe coworkers on job with me I would keep our time on time sheets and have signed by customer every day .. worked on conveyer systems, changing belts, motors, gear boxes .. determine what the problem is or was that accured and fix it with the proper hand tools or powers tools .. use of telehandler or fork lift to remove or Install old or new material.. Rigging with straps and chan falls or camolongs to move heavy material in and out of tight congested areas and communicate between everyone in order to safely and properly and efficiently get production back running.

Diagnose electric motors and wiring from 110 volt to 220 or even 480 volt motors, breakers and switches to test with meter so verify the issue and disconnect during work operation ... kept sound communication with customer on day to day operation and man power . Installed water pipe with steel pipe with threading several size pipe and fittings and route to achieve desired projected plans... demolition of old platforms and cat walks or structure in the proper way as well as safest way... take customers explanation of what need to be fixed or changed or added during walk threw and then I would hand draw 2 dementia detailed drawings of job at hand .. give a bill of landing of list of material to customer so the ordering can take.place . Ran my own welding service truck on Pipeline, compressor stations, dehydes, and well heads ... read a d understand blueprints and isometric drawings in order to design or fabricate pipe with radius, risers legs above ground and below ground . Weld flanges with a two hole ailing and install to an exact measurement of the drawing ... used cutting torch and beeline machine to cut pipe and bevel.pipe to accurate and precise measurements in order to be clamped using .. Ultra clamp, or bar clamp so each pipe weld has perfect alignment I side and out as well as proper space or gap of weld grove.

Engineer the lay out of pipe under and above ground using laser levels, string lines, corner stakes or pins and protracter to determine each turn or radius.. Properly miter fittings and layout as well as cut the miter with hand tools, power tools and weld each pipe to fitting and flange alignment with two hole or 1 hole layout in order that each flanges will bolt to each other. .. Knowledgeable in the proper welding rod and material needed for each job task at hand as well as the knowledge of material grade of hardness to preheat to proper degree before welding.. use grinders and all powe tools to prep and clean surface of metal before and after welding begins and stops. Was lead weld boss over 10 other rig welder as lead man keeping everyone moving and working towards our goal each day and any needs or wants that they desire ... document who welded what weld and label each piece that every welder made and logged on set of drawings to be weld mapped and traked as well as inspector and quality control... was the Forman over a large scale fabrication shop in Cadiz Ohio for Mark west gas company building launcher and recover skids to be sent to on site all over the tri-state area .. over saw 15 welders and fitters, document each weld, each cut, and insure that everything was built to spec of the blueprints... prospered from welders to paint booth and when finished would stage and run the piping thre a high pressure water test also known as a hydro .. document and weld map on drawings of each weld and which welder made which weld and the graphing documented from the hydro test and the type and color of paint used .. All then turned over to project manager in order to do redline and job books to send to Mark west for each launcher and receiver skid built and shipped out on 18 wheeler trucks

Worked all over dozens of states in powerplants, oule refineries, medical waisted facility's, steel mills and paperclips. Certified pipe welder in ASME section 9. Tig weld and stick weld as well as might weld. Certified in rigging and signaling of cranes and hoist with hand and audible radio.

Used plasma and torch with oxygen and gas in order to cut various materials to achieve a new fabrication project or just repairing, structural beams, plates, pipes of any thickness or size..

Use of chain falls and camolongs with appropriate anker points and shackles or straps ...

Personally involved in rigging old and new material over 70,000 pounds with proper hand signaling ... bolt and torc flanges with gaskets to desired foot pounds with hand tools such as wrenches or ratchets as well as high torc bolts with numatic source.. fabricate, layout and build and weld any pipe run or boiler panels to structure frame and roof bridging ... Determined we're damage of material is on anything broke . Asses situation carefully and plane.. Fix busted or cracked pipe in any size or material and properly clean or prep material surface and weld with tig, stick or mig in order to get and keep production moving forward ... Used aerial lifts to access work area from 20 feet to 180 feet above ground ..
