Work Experience
Professional Sales Consultant
REC Enterprises - Oklahoma City, OK
June 2017 to Present
I am Sole Proprietor of my company and have had a number of short term and long term high-paying contracts to match my family needs. I am now looking for a full-time career. I am experienced in contract, base plus contract and/or corporate sales. I have extensive experience in all. Private Broker
Merchant Cash Advance Business Loans - Oklahoma City, OK June 2010 to June 2017
Called small businesses directly from focused/vertical market lists inquiring about the need for short term money/loans that would not affect their personal or business credit. Did the initial prospecting and qualifying. The Broker did the underwriting, in conversation with me, then sent it back to close and sign. I was, in essence, the broker for the client. He then retired. Office Manager
We Care Home Assistants - Oakmont, CA
June 2008 to June 2010
Managed administrative and caregiver staff Hired, trained and often filled in for an uncovered shift. This position takes management skills, but also understanding and patience and caring to bring family members with often various ideas to one conclusion. Our preference was to keep them in their own homes as long as possible.
Online Owner-Builder Home Consultant
BuildMax - Brandenburg, KY
June 2004 to June 2008
When Clever Homes went under, I went to work for their financial partner who was also national through online and builder magazine advertisements Build Max. They were the premier owner-builder contractor. We contracted with owner-builder clients and assisted prequalifying a construction loan with IndyMac Bank and provided the umbrella General Contractor's License, so they could build their own home. I handled all contracts in the State of California. At one point, I had two employees the demand was so great. This was my second 6-figure income. In the 2008 recession, the owners retired and closed the company.
Online Homebuilding Customer Service and Consultant Clever Homes - San Francisco, CA
June 2000 to December 2004
A major contract during this period was Clever Homes a start up home builder, new to the market with panelized building materials. We provided full service, via telephone, online, if local, in person, but it was a national presence.
I did all of the online selling and arranged for the construction financing to get clients started then handed them off to the building professionals. The business model was unfortunately flawed and they went out of business. This was an in-home/in office position. Senior Sales Associate
Discovery Office Systems - Santa Rosa, CA
June 1996 to June 2000
I managed a sales territory as a Sharp Electronics specialist consulting and selling from a large inventory of equipment. We did corporate document studies and recommended entire systems. Our partner was Kyocera and our competitors were IBM, Cannon and Konica. I maintained current accounts and prospected for new accounts.
This was quota-based, in-home/in-office/ field position. I easily exceeded quota every month and was in the top 10% consistently. Discovery was the number one office equipment supplier in Santa Rosa, and Sharp the number one manufacturer. They went under with the onset of the digital age. Inside Sales at Home...Volunteer Work
RVC Enterprises - Santa Rosa, CA
June 1986 to June 1996
Inside Sales (rated Highly Proficient by Indeed Assessments) has been long a staple of earning my living. I've worked all hours, shifts, commission agreements, B2B, B2C, etc. Once I came home to work after my son was born, I never looked back. This allowed me some time to participate in some of my son's activities. Had a front yard of bicycles most of the time, what with video games and the pool table and backyard attractions of varying age levels. I was able to shut it out in my office during work time, but was available as a Mom on a moment's notice.

Realty World Cook and Associates - Whittier, CA
