B&B Music and Therapy Services, Oct 2016 - Current

● Developed and implemented daily group and individual sessions for residential patients with psychiatric, substance use disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder within the behavioral health and psychiatric setting maintaining a caseload of 20 patient contact hours.

● Developed and maintained contracts with geriatric facilities with a medium caseload of 12 facilities across two states with funding through private donation to ensure full coverage.

● Coordinated billing for patients through insurance to ensure patient responsibility never exceeded 22%.

● Oversaw a team of therapists and volunteers to provide coverage for a maximum of 16 facilities and 22 individuals for a total of 84 patient contact hours per week.

Music Therapy Director

Comfort and Peace Hospice, Oct 2019 - Dec 2021

● Develop and implement therapeutic music therapy sessions for end of life patients with a maximum caseload of 160 patients seen biweekly for an average of 60 patient contact hours per week.

● Maintained and developed insurance billing protocols to expand medicaid coverage for patients resulting in an additional funding of $35 per patient for each day on service. This totalled to an increase of $255,500 in funding each quarter. EDUCATION
