I was most recently employed by Traugott Building Contractors working at the Calgary office in the position of Reception/Admin and received layoff notice on Jan 23. Prior to that, Covid kept me at home from April/20 to July/21. Prior to that I worked for Traugott Building Contractors as a Site Clerk from April/19 to April/20. Prior to that I was employed by Macro Spiecapag as a Document Controller but due to delays on the Transmountain Pipeline I received layoff notice. Prior to that I was employed by AMEC Foster Wheeler Three Streams Engineering in Calgary where I held the position of Lead Expeditor with almost ten years of direct experience in Oil & Gas. Due to the economic down-turn I received layoff notice in January of 2016. During my time at AMEC I received two promotions due to my hard work and most importantly, in order to accomplish the goals of our company and clients.

I also have over twenty-five years of competent experience in senior administrative, human resources and management positions. Traugott Building Contractors – Calgary, July 12 2021 to January 23 2023 – Reception/Admin:

• Report directly to Calgary Office Manager.

• Responsible for issuing Letters of Intent and CCA’s to subcontractors, PO’s, CCO’s, PCO’s as required for the project via Procore (Construction Management Software).

• Liaise between the Calgary office and head office in Cambridge, Ontario to ensure open communication.

• Processing and distribution of daily mail incoming and outgoing via Fedex to head office and suppliers.

• Tracking and filing of all subcontractor/trade required documentation.

• Responsible for all daily general office duties.

• Work very closely with Senior Management, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Site Supervisors providing timely and accurate administrative support.

• Responsible for office material deliveries from suppliers (office supplies, drinking water etc).

• Report directly to Calgary Office Manager and site Project Manager.

• Work closely with the Project team to ensure all project invoices for accounting were processed in a timely manner.

• Attend required meetings and taking of minutes for distribution. Ensuring that all site visits were properly scheduled and monitored.

• Responsible for issuing all Letters of Intent to subcontractors, PO’s, CCO’s, PCO’s as required for the project via Procore.
