ThreatConnect - Arlington, VA: 2019-2021

Design and execute test plans for new and updated third-party integrations within ThreatConnect's SOAR platform. Tests interacted with a variety of internal and external web services, primarily REST, using Python and JSON test profiles.

• Automated API tests with PyTest where appropriate to be executed with future development.

• “Python shop” using many common libraries such as Black, Flask, Pytest, and dedupe.

Designed and built a client check-in kiosk for this growing mental health clinic to run on tablets in their lobby. With the self-service check-in option, therapists are able to see more clients and keep evening/weekend hours without hiring additional front desk staff.

• React SPA front end guides client through check-in and payment process.

• RESTful back end written with Express integrates application with Google Drive, Stripe, and Slack (to notify therapist of their client’s arrival). Securian Financial Group - Saint Paul, MN: 2019

QA Automation Engineer assigned to a multi-disciplinary team supporting the Enterprise Contact Center.

• Established QA standards and practices for IVR (intelligent voice response) and telecom development and deployment.

• Built robust end-to-end testing framework with WebdriverIO for Salesforce and Postman and newman for API integration and taught non-technical teammates to automate tests using Cucumber.

Gravie, Inc. - Minneapolis, MN: 2016-2019

SDET on small Agile team successfully releasing software every two weeks. Expanded and improved existing test framework by taking a holistic approach to test automation including the integration of unit, API, and browser UI tests.
