OBJECTIVE I am a preschool, elementary school, and mainly middle school science teacher looking for employment in elementary and/or middle school. My philosophy centers around teaching the whole child. I have experience with building lessons that meet both students’ social-emotional needs and their content area needs. This is done through neurology and child psychology based lessons that teach basic coping skills and include literacy strategies. I believe teaching should be hands-on, authentic, and cooperative learning based.
