Senior Manager in the IT Bank Expense Management department that was responsible for lowering the cost base for all Consulting, Market Data and Contracting expense. The project saved over $80MM in 1.5 years by applying an aggressive Onshore/Offshore model to Raleigh, India, and Singapore.

Managed a team that brought the Investment Bank on equal cost footing with Credit Suisse's competitors through strategically outsourcing over 2,000 technology positions to low-cost locations. To meet our objective and to reduce attrition risk, my team collaborated in the creation, communication and roll out the Credit Suisse Migration Planning Process (MPP). This process exceeded deployment target of 1,422 resources. Credit Suisse successfully deployed 2,031 IT resources (609 above target). This translated into a run rate savings of $500MM. The MPP was also instrumental in allowing Credit Suisse to define and track IT related SLA's that had not been formalized.
