I eventually wanted to advance in the company, so I took on my first leadership role as a team trainer. At age eighteen, I had grown within the company and became Assistant Manager, expanding my knowledge and skills. I also have retail experience by working as a Sam's Club associate, which allowed me to to excel in assisting, and providing the excellent customer service experience.
