Brought up in an Air force disciplined family that made me be flexible and focused. I am intellectually curious, quick in picking up new skills & eager to learn.With over 15 years of experience in BPO,Brand management, Client servicing(B2B, B2C),I have enjoyed the opportunity to work in various roles, with different kind of people and partners in creating success stories in a dynamic and competitive business environment.Implemented change in management projects leading the team to deliver superior results and businessgrowth.
