Manage the US division (150 employees) of a Swedish company in the automotive industry. I am giving the coaching and guidance necessary to bring the plant from a small company to a world class level with the satisfaction of our international customer in mind. Providing oversight management of the manufacturing, engineering, procurement, distribution, customer service, human resource and quality department. Accomplishments:

I have raised the production level by 25% and increased efficiency by 16%. I also relocation of the current factory to a bigger and more suited location where we will have the opportunity for more expansion and better service to our customer. I also outperformed the local retention rate/compensation level. I defined new production lay out for new factory. Managed half the production staff in the production and lining of plastic caps. I helped the company through the implementation of new management practice and the development of standard work. Accomplishments: During the year period, we raised production from 6 million to 7 million caps daily.
