Core Responsibilities

PM/CM, maintenance of electrical equipment, trouble shooting of 240V/110V UPS system, UPS battery maintenance, trouble shooting of BPCP panels, VFD panels, maintenance of Transformers, maintenance and troubleshooting of tank heaters, maintenance of all HV/LV motors, trouble shooting of DOL starters, preparing switching program as per PDO procedure, commissioning of beam pump, retroflex wells, ESP wells and APO wells, megger test and high voltage testing of cables, maintenance and troubleshooting of HV/LV Switch gears and control panels, troubleshooting of Scada control panel. Detailed EX inspection of hazardous area electrical equipment’s.

Study /review job order, make site visit to identify design discrepancies, interfaces, mismatches etc. (if any), and inform works coordinator. Assist planning Engineer in preparing schedules.

Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, LCC and Engineers for coordinating various activities, on daily basis.

Preparation of job execution / safety plans and solving technical / practical problems to carrying out work with supervisors on daily basis.

Ensure Execution of work in accordance with job order scope of work, ERPs/SPs/QCPs. Etc.

Preparing Variation statement in consultation with Client and Consultant for approval, in case of any deviation to the scope of work.

Monitor effective utilization of resources by proper deployment.

Ensure that, project is going on as per schedule with safety and quality.

Pre plan for high-risk activities.

Check that correct HSE procedures and systems are in place before team carries out any activities.

Deciding & applying appropriate permits for the scheduled Activities.

To maintain sufficient resources at least for upcoming three Months.

Experience in all wells (oil/water/gas) precommissioning and commissioning activities.
