Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an inventory of all IT facilities (hardware, software, network, system, connectivity) of the company
2. Conduct regular/monthly inventory of all IT facilities. 3. Prepare a report on the monthly status/uptime of all IT facilities. 4. Provide technical support either in person or over the phone for IT-related issues and concerns e.g., troubleshoot of software, hardware or connectivity issues. 11. 12.Assess or evaluate deployed equipment to identify optimum requirement and propose acquisition, replacement, upgrade/downgrade, disposal, etc.
