I have had many years of experience in the finance and technology industries. I have been required to do research, compile data, and present the information with suggestions based on the research. Using the suggestions I have made, the companies I have worked for have made notable improvements in customer satisfaction, increases in income, and improvements in employee performance.
COMMUNITY
I spend a considerable amount of time working cold cases, or “web sleuthing,” particular missing persons cases in my spare time. I have helped close nine cold cases and locate three missing persons still living. I clean headstones at local cemeteries as a volunteer. I also volunteer at a local homeless outreach center.
LEADERSHIP
I operate a sobriety support group for my hometown. I am a supporting member of a schizophrenia support group. In the past I have taught headstone cleaning classes for Christian County Public Library.

Interview Questions
1.TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF.
I started my career in the finance industry. I found it to be very exhausting. I then moved to the customer service side of the technology industry which I found to be a rewarding career. I have always done various types of research regarding cold case missing persons and genealogy in my spare time, so I decided to pursue a career in what I love.
2.HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WORKING OVERTIME, NIGHTS, AND WEEKENDS?
That would depend on if nights, weekends, and overtime are optional or mandatory. If it were optional, and I were trying to make some extra money, then I would feel fine about it. If it were mandatory, I would have to graciously decline the position.
3.WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF AN IDEAL BOSS?
My ideal boss would recognize my natural or learned skills and talents and utilize them in a productive way. The would compensate me fairly for the value I bring to the company, and most importantly they would push their employees to have a growth mindset and fulfil their goals; even if it means they outgrow that particular company. To say that they would be a mentor to their employees and not a “boss.”
4.WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES?
My strengths are that I am very detail oriented and have an “if it is broken, fix it” mentality. I am very business-conscious while empathetic to the customer base. I am constantly looking for ways to improve not only the bottom-line but also the customer impact. My weaknesses are that I have an “if it is broken, fix it” mentality which is not immediately possible in some business structures. I am also very empathetic to the customer base because of the extensive amounts of research I have done, and I have been called a “caseworker” by previous employers. With that said, on a personal level I know that I have had an impact on the communities I have worked in and that does wonders for company/community relations.
