A few of my duties were to Interact in a friendly and positive manner to customers, collect and process various forms of payment form customers following all policies and procedures. I assisted in organizing and coordinating external and internal events and trade shows. Cooperatively worked with others to produce and deliver required work. I scheduled sales and stock room staff as well as assisted the lead buyer in working with our vendors to purchase merchandise. End of day procedures included close and count the cash drawer and fill out end of day paperwork to record daily sales for the Accounting dept.

AES Stellar Air Inc. (2005 – 2008) Administrative Assistant I assisted the controller with various assignments given to me. I answered phones, directed calls and took messages, I maintained the file and stock room, and I constructed emails and letters to customers and vendors as well as assisted the A/R department in end of month billing.
