CRS – Customer Relationship Statementing generally refers to the process that prints the statements for American Express charge card and credit card holders. CRS caters to customers present in US (UCRS), Europe (ECRS) and International market (ICRS). Additionally statements are generated for Merchants (GUS).
Role and Responsibilities
●Analysed test rrequirements and prepared Test cases for GUS Migration (6 Markets), KRI Phrase 3 and Old statement date projects
●Took ownership in Gross pay project and involved in Job Setup, Testing and Validation of PDF Statements.
●Validated GUS Migration PDF statements, BPS Print copies for all markets and logged defects.
