-Worked as a line cook (pantry), dishwasher and hostess Line Cook:
-As line cook, I worked the pantry station preparing all the salads, desserts, some appetizers, all pizzas, and making the pizza dough. I also did prep when I would work the morning shift
-At the end of my shift, I clean and sanitize both the stations, and flip the pantry and pizza items into clean hotel pans
Dishwasher:
-As dishwasher, I cleaned all of the pots and pans, dishware, silverware and glasses -Restock the saute station with pots and pans for the cook's use
-Restock the line with dishware when needed
-Mopped the entire FOH, clean and stock the restrooms, and empty trash
Hostess:
-As hostess, I would greet and sit the customers

-Vaccum the rugs, clean the windows, water the flowers, sweep outside of the restaurant, check and restock the restrooms
-Help the servers out by bussing their tables for them when they are too busy
