Thoroughly vet Master agreements and ensure that they are in line with the labor laws
Endorse the registration of master agreements and minutes of meeting for trade unions and industrial associations.
Once applications are received and thoroughly vetted, photocopy and print and then bind them. Once done re-arrange in alphabetical order and upload them on the ministries website and also manually store them in different files and folders that have to be correctly labelled.
Ensure that financial statements of registered trade unions and industrial associations are being brought in before deadlines.
Thoroughly vet financial statements and ensure that it is also in compliant with the relevant requirements.
Send out reminders to the respective trade unions and industrial associations when deadlines of submissions are approaching and conduct follow-up checks.
Certify that documents are well in order with the relevant information being enclosed before submission to the Permanent Secretary for approval.
Upon Approval inform the respective trade unions and industrial associations and print the registration certificates. Once done inform the entities for pick up or for mail delivery.

Synopsis: Energy, Technology and Innovation for Rural Maize Production is a project for the rural farming sector. The project will involve small scale company and individual holding crop production in Nigeria, a West African country. This project intends to involve most farmers and youth into maize production to increase their income and skills development. This project is designed to help the farmers and youth in Africa to consistently upgrade their farming skills in a bid to enhance their income, food security, create jobs for the youth, reduce poverty and increase the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as a result of exporting the produce.
2)Project title: Lifewire Health App in Fiji
Synopsis: The app - Lifewire is a healthcare consultation app that allows people to access medical help from home. Lifewire will enable its users to access a wide range of knowledge and advice including a live chat with a medical professional and access to re-newel of prescriptions without the heavy price. Users will also be able to privately store their medical records and only people who the user has allowed access to will be able to view them. The app will have high security so users ‘dossier’/account information should not be hacked as this is very private information. Users will be able to download the app for free and it will be available on both Apple IOS and Android to increase customers' ability to access it. Users will be charged an annual fee covering chatting with a medical professional, requesting a prescription and other services which require the assistance of a medical professional at an affordable rate when compared to face to face consultations with a medical practioner.
3)Project title: Return to Fresh (social entrepreneurship organization based in Fiji)
Synopsis: Return to Fresh is a market intermediary social enterprise that buys deformed fruits and vegetables (that cannot be sold in stores and are usually thrown away) from local farmers and sells them cheaply as a subscription box service to boarding schools. The schools sign up for the service on our website, choose their subscription model and pay. Return to Fresh then delivers 5kg boxes of assorted fruits and vegetables to the schools every week in eco-friendly cardboard boxes. The schools can manage their subscriptions and customize the contents of their boxes their personalized dashboard on the website.
