Description: The goal of the program is to consolidate most clinical products to one best of breed clinical platform that supports RDUR, MTM, Opioid, portions of Adherence and various other clinical programs.
Responsibilities:
Application Development, Configuration of various processes using case management flows. Preparation of Functional & Technical specification document. Exposure in Pega class structure design, Data table mapping, Deployment. Experience in Data Transforms, Activities, Decision rules, Agents, Validations, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Layouts, paragraphs, Decision rules, Declarative rules, Data pages and Report Definitions etc.
Extensive debugging Skills in PRPC using with TRACER, Clipboard and Rules Inspector. Created activities to support technical logic, fetch data using Connect-SOAP, Connect-REST, Connect-SQL rules. Implemented Code Optimization and checked the same through PAL for better. performance.

Project#2 Utilization Management Criteria System (UMCS) application
Description:
UMCS provides a User Interface UI to capture and finalize the utilization management criteria and a database (UM DB) to store, maintain, report on and share it with various departments (business stakeholders).
This application significantly reduces the pharmacist effort involved with manual development of guideline documents. UMCS currently uses workflow based Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) version 8.2.8.
Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Analysis. Preparation of Technical / Architecture / Application deployment documents
Revise the Requirement Specifications with the users for better customer service and Feasibility
Extracting the business rules from the analysis done. Implemented Agile/Scrum methodology and participated in development and conversion of business requirements into Jira stories.

Project#3: Customer Service Quality Audit
Description:
CSQA is the project that automated the manual audit process of rejected claims for all OptumRx clients by scrubbing the claim rejects received via M&R through automatically identifying and tagging appropriate rejects as “Valid” rejects. System also routes cases to queue as a workflow transaction for human intervention.
This implemented process would allow users to audit the rejected claims and ensure that these were correctly rejected by the Claims engine (RxClaim) used by various pharmacists. This implementation streamlined the process to audit selected group of rejected claim transactions received from UHG Medicare & Retirement division. This process/system is designed in such a way that it can be used for other lines of business/clients, namely non M&R part-D and Commercial business.
Responsibilities:
Extended support in defect resolution in Production, UAT and QA stages. Development and support of new DCR enhancement that is currently in progress. Involved in creation and deployment of RAP and peer code reviews.
Interacted with BA’s, Project Manager, Product Owner to understand the business process,
identify enhancements and gather Business Requirements. Worked on PRPC flow diagrams, implementation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios.
