Following up on any inventory issues, discrepancies, or processes in everyday reports. Daily use of SAP Logistics software in analyzing overdue invoicing, orders, and receiving the goods receipts from vendors within delivery boundaries. My abilities and responsibilities were creating spreadsheets to track any problems/issues and delivery fulfillment with timely accuracy upon deadlines. If needed, communicated daily with buyers, vendors, and internal and external customers via email on any orders to and from the warehouse. (Dec. 2020-May 2023)

Utilizing daily SAP plus Rexis software programs and spreadsheets to complete orders in a timely manner for customer service accuracy for new and refurbished instruments.
