WORK EXPERIENCE:-

FROM JUNE – 2022 TO STILL :- Working as PLANT HEAD in NCC Limited – Kaloleni Unit

• Was called back second time for running the plant. Earlier they were unable to run the plant in my absence.

FROM JANUARY – 2017 TO MAY – 2022 :- Worked as PRODUCTION GENERAL MANAGER in M/s.Shubha Sree Jagadamba Cement.

• Responsible for preparing Production Budget, Shutdown planning, Inventory and manpower control. Responsible for preparing the Mix design for suitable to the plant available mineralogy having good quality. Maintain ISO records and Internal audit. FROM JUNE – 2014 TO JANUARY – 2017 :- Worked as PLANT INCHARGE at MALAWI, Central Africa in M/s. SHAYONA CEMENT CORPORATION.

• Plant Erection & commissioning, Operation & maintenance. Responsible for troubleshooting. Responsible for preparing the PLC program logic, interlocks BID, alarm limits, Plant Erection and commissioning. Responsible for preparing Production Budget, Shutdown planning, Inventory and manpower control. Responsible for preparing the Mix design, suitable to the plant available mineralogy having good quality and easy burnable mix.

FROM SEPTEMBER – 2012 TO MAY – 2014 :- Worked as DGM ( PROJECTS ) IN M/S NATIONAL CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED. It is dismantled plant from China, 6-stage online Calciner LNVT Tech. vertical mills and stacker reclaimer. PLC system.

• Lifted the plant From China on Scrab basis. Responsible for Plant Erection & commissioning and Operation & maintenance. Responsible for troubleshooting. Responsible for preparing the PLC program logic, interlocks BID, and alarm limits.

FROM JULY – 2010 TO AUGUST – 2012 : - Worked as GM ( PROCESS) CEMENT PLANTS ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING DIVISSION IN C P W ( TURN KEY BASE ).

OCTOBER – 2009 TO FEBRUARY – 2010 –Working as AGM (Production) in M/S MEGHALAYA CEMENT LIMITED Designed by WALCHAND NAGER for their modern dry process Cement plant with ABB PLC of 4 - stage medium low-Pressure drops cyclones with Down draft Calciner

• Rectify the major problem of Kiln Burning Zone closed with heavy coating MARCH – 1997 TO OCTOBER – 2009 –Working as Manager (Process) in M/S RAIN INDUSTRIES LIMITED Designed by F L S for their modern dry process Cement plant with COROS LSB SEIMENS PLC of 5-stage medium low-Pressure drops cyclones with Online Calciner.

• Rectify the kiln combustion air problem for achieving the rated output AUGUST – 1995 to FEBRUARY – 1997: Working as Sr.BURNER in M/S ANDHRACEMENT LTD Designed by HUMBOLT for their 1 million, modern dry process cement plant with ALEN BRADLE PLC of 5 stage Double preheater SLC calciner and ATOX-20 Vertical mills for Raw grinding.

JANUARY – 1988 to AUGUST – 1995: Working as BURNER in M/S K.C.P.Limited Designed by FULLER for their 0.75 million most modern sophisticated technology of 5 stage LP. Cyclones with IL calciner and LOSHAE Vertical mill raw grinding and for Coal grinding. CCTV for observing the burning zone & cooler and shell Scanner for observing the shell radiation. It is first Asia shortest kiln of 38 X 4.2 dia with 2 piers kiln.

OCTOBER – 1986 to JANUARY – 1988: Working as CHEMIST in GANESH consultants Well aware of Chemical analysis of Limestone, Additives, Rawmeal, clinker and Cement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as plant in-charge in absence of Plant In-charge, responsible for total site erection, commissioning activity, coordinating the teams for the preparation of ‘Raw mix design’ and picking the plant up step by step in a smooth pace for the optimum production. In charge of Process department. Responsible for Production, Power, Refractory and Thermal Energy consumption. Shut down planning and Inventory control. Responsible for Kiln & Mills operation. Collecting daily inspection reports of pre-heater, kiln, cooler and arranging the manpower to control the false air leakages in the system. Monitoring the abnormalities in operational / process control parameters, instruct necessary / corrective action to CCR operators, Process Engineers and allotting the leaves of Employee’s in the process dept. Collecting the flows Data in Cooler, Pre-heater and Mill. Maintaining the Heat and Mass balance records for optimizing the process. Coming up with creative ideas, suggestions and planning the steps that need to be implemented, for improvement of the plant performance. Co-ordination with Pollution Control Board. CEMENT MILL Production Increased 40 tph to 70 tph by incorporating the VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT SHAFT CRUSHER.

Having independent Involvement in Six plants ERRECTION and COMMISSIONING i.e. K.C.P Cement, NCC Cement, RAIN COMMODITIES LTD, N C L, DYNASTY CEMENT

(NEPAL) and SONAPUR CEMENT (NEPAL). Having considerably good experience in Erection and Commissioning of Cement plants, brick lining work, optimization of process parameters, inventory control & shut-down planning and have good experience in system flow calculations.
