Toyota team member working in assembly on the new turbo line. I have cross trained so I am able to work on 2 different sub lines in addition to my main line. I run a total of 10 processes over these 3 lines. I’ve also been apart of a cross check team where we improve the ergonomics of different processes on our line. I work in a fast moving environment where we really work as a cohesive team. Toyota demands accountability and stresses safety. My time at Toyota so far has really taught me a lot and strengthened me as both a worker and person.
