Developed and implemented a scheduling and machine-load system

Interfaced with the company President and Plant Manager on a daily basis to address customer expedites and schedule changes

Managed all finished-goods inventory planning to meet customer blanket orders. Reduced finished-goods inventory by approximately 35%

Master Scheduler/ Value Stream Leader-Beacon Industries, Bloomfield, CT 2010-2011

Master Scheduler. Responsible for scheduling Super Max, Mori Seiki, OKK, and Okuma Howa millers and CNC turning. Two nine-hour shifts. Set up time, per piece time, total machine load monitored daily and monthly.

Value Stream Leader. Expedited, and scheduled parts for MTU Germany, Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, and Government. Responsible for 1.3 million dollars per month with other team leaders

Production Planner- Reliable Manufacturing LLC, Bloomfield, CT 2002-2010

Production Planner. This required using ERP VISUAL software. It involved current demand, forecasting, lead time, safety stock and finished goods inventory. Interfaced with Business Unit Manager, machine load scheduling. Released all purchase orders, daily contact with outside vendors, expedited all work, customer request for delivery dates, including milestones if needed..

Communicated with shipping and receiving for driver pickups and deliveries upon request. Monthly sales between 1.2 and 1.5 million per month

Sub-Contracting Manager/ Purchasing Manager-Reliable Manufacturing LLC, Bloomfield, CT

Global Microsoft software. Sent jobs out for outside machining, CNC milling, CNC turning, due to internal over capacity conditions. Handled all pricing and quoting. Also included, heat treat, non destructive testing, coating, plating, castings, forgings and raw material. Part of a team of managers that shipped approximately 1.5 million dollars a month. Worked with General Electric, Evandale, Ohio, and Honeywell Aerospace in Arizona.

Business Unit Manager- MTU/Caval Tool- Newington, CT 2000-2002

Manager of six employees that ran Devlieg Jig and Boring mills. Supported the Space Shuttle Main Engine Program ( SSME). Responsible for on time delivery, scheduling, expediting, and employee reviews.

Production Planner- AGC Incorporated-Meriden, CT 1995-2000

Planner for OEM, promoted to Planner for Overhaul and Repair, and then promoted to Planner for their Heat Shield department. Duties include machine load scheduling, interfacing with PWA Cheshire Ct. Overhaul and repair, Northwest airlines and others. Scheduled drivers for all outside processing. Moved product overdue from 75 % down to 0 %.
