Job Responsibilities:

Cement Ball mill, Hydraulic Roller press operational work, plant project upgradation, erection & commissioning.

Proper watch around technically part of group measuring parameters & process optimization, for achieving maximum productivity with reduced specific power consumption for cement grinding, process related interlocks & process flow measurements.

Cement strength grade maintain BIS quality standard, Controlled Blaine, Residue, setting time, recover of fly ash, Pond Ash, Slag, Colour combination & mix with grinding aid related quality parameters and their control.

Calculation of Wear rate, Piece wt., Cement stock, Crush stopped, R/H, TPH, classifier efficiency, RCFA of production stoppage relative department, making daily Power report, Performance report etc.

Maintain awareness of plant operating costs, considers these cost regularly in the decision making process.

Setup IMS data & maintain 5's data, awareness on HAG operation.

Calibration on clinker & gypsum weigh feeder with drop test & with check sound level.

Set of cement ball mill, roller press, grit, sepax, O-sepa, classifier & CA fan R.P.M. And relative damper position, Bag house, ESP etc.

Cement Ball mill & Hydraulic Roller pressure internal inspection, grinding media checking, regrading, charging, and unloading work & circuit sampling & chamber sampling analysis.

Checking proper work on Electrical, Instrument & Mechanical relative process device.

Cement rack inspection to monitor of bag loading quantity, clinker, gypsum & coal wagon timely unloading through wagon tippler and also ship loading, jumboo loading.

All departments take reports(like Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Utility, Production, QC lab, RMH etc.) daily report feed through SAP system & also my reporting to Sr.GM sir.

Having good knowledge for Operation of Kiln, Raw mill, Coal mill & also vrm.

System implementation ( WCM, safety, ISO etc).

Ensure safety rules & appliances regularly being used at site. To comply as per external safety audit report.

Hands on work in SAP system.

Planning & organising production schedules.

Manpower manage, handling & supervising the work of junior member or staff.

Deputed in integrated plant for 6 month for Commissioning of raw mill, coal mill, VRM, Kiln plant setup & modification.
