Summer of 2017 I started working in hard labor company so I can pay next year college. I started by unloading boxes Physically from 7am- 5pm Monday- Friday. In 4 Months, I stared to learn and unload truck with a fork lift. I learned the responsibilities of how to use equipment properly or people can get really hurt. I also learned there is going to be days when you have to stay longer time after work.

Starting from summer 2019 I started working at chipotle as a line worker, grill person, and cashier. As a grill worker I learned the responsibilities on how to properly clean, sanitize, and cross contaminating. Learned how to deal with customers with unhappy situations. Also, a leader that makes sure my front team is working together as a team.

June 20, 2021, I started by learning how to prep the food. Started learning by first cutting the beef, pork, and chicken. Then marinating them. After 4 months I began learning how to cook all the recipes. The recipes came from 8 pastas, 4 salads, 3 burgers, salmon, paninis and three kinds of meats (shish Kabobs). Learning how to deliver all the food warm on the same time. Being able to communicate with others cooks is important (All food need to come up hot and fresh).

As a babysitter I learned the responsibility, cooking and feeding my down syndrome nephew. As well as making sure he showers and brushes his tenth.
