OnStar – Scrum Manager Optimization Team (11/2018-Present)
Manage projects in the Optimization team’s portfolio. This includes projects that are cross functional with other teams like patching, software and hardware upgrades and mandatory government required projects. Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies

Infrastructure Specialist - Global Incident/Problem Management (06/2004-02/2010)
Supported over 6,000 servers that hosted client/server and web-based applications for OnStar, GMAC and GM’s Remote applications. Responsibilities included: identifying server incidents, coordinating support teams, issuing resolution and management status updates.
•Team lead for OnStar change management process which reduced the amount of time for a change in the OnStar environment from 36 hours to 12 hours.
•Monitored server and application response times to ensure hardware and operating systems were performing to contractual requirements.
•Reviewed and approved all new server implementations for OnStar, GMAC and remote servers which ensured servers were documented properly and were operationally sound before going live for customer. Provided customers with a 96% success rate of project implementations.
Information Specialist – Vehicle Sales Portal (VSP) (03/2001-06/2004)
Designed and implemented an interface between a large DB2 database (1 Terabyte) and an Oracle midrange database used by all GM dealers and employees to authenticate themselves to use web applications.
•Designed and implemented the upgrade from a security registry to a Light-weight Directory Access Protocol directory (LDAP) resulting in faster login speed.
•Supported LDAP design to integrate business role-based security which resulted in a 98% accuracy for user security.
•Managed support team for VSP, arranged 24/7 schedule, met GM’s contractual requirements, and scheduled changes and software upgrades, resulting in a 99.947% up-time standard.
Systems Engineer - Vehicle Order Management (VOM) - Security (01/1994 – 10/2006)
Developed and supported the security module which authenticated all users for VOM suite of applications. Responsibilities included: ramping up new applications, ramping down retired applications, and staffing new projects and customer interaction.
•Served as Technical Team Leader, responsible for evaluating, estimating and managing coding work which resulted in a 99.999% up time.
•Interfaced heavily with all VOM application teams to establish a “one-application-fits-all” security module resulting in a more efficient interface for applications to use.
•Interfaced with external groups to create batch process for ID requests and audit reports resulting in GM customer passing all annual security audits.
