Administrative Assistant (Human Resources Department) – 2016 - Present

Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies).

Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Prepare documents and contracts for employees and management.

Provide orientations for new employees by sharing company information and explaining company policies.

Attend calls from all department heads, staffs, drivers and clients.

Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, resignations, suspensions, emergency leaves, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days offs.

Processing Visa application, renewal and cancellation.
