Description:

FSC module helps Standard charted to know the process of each activity like who has requested and where it is pending and how long it takes to complete the given process. We collect the data from different systems such as HR, Vendor, FMI, System and Team departments and create different sets of reports and dashboards which will help users to take immediate action.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accountable for the full data engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, Architecture, Design, development, Test, Deployment and Maintenance of data solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for project design and deliverables for all modules

Design, Implement, and support optimal self –service solutions that enable product and program managers to run ad-hoc analyses

Design BI Schema, reports and dashboards for regular and ad-hoc reports using data visualization best practices.

Prepare test cases for QA and UAT environments, perform testing, and document results.

Build the data checks to improve the smooth running, data integrity and accurate reporting. Provide support and maintenance of dashboards to ensure availability and performance.

Perform data analysis to come up with business rules and troubleshoot data anomalies.

Support end-user issues and resolve then in a timely manner.

Partner with other teams such as ETL & DBA and business units to provide data analytics advisory and expertise.
