The Avenues Riyadh is mixed-use development which will be constructed on a site approximately 390,000 square meter in area. The project site is located at the North- western area of Riyadh, and is bound by King Salman Road to the North and King Fahad Road to the East. The development consists of super regional shopping mall with two basement levels for car parking. Prepare a vision of how the work sequence and timeline of the overall project to be executed utilizing my planning skills.

Review the Client’s “SITE SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY SERVICES” Manning Schedule, and find out any shortages or missing scopes required within the team. In addition to ensuring that the number of staff per scope is sufficient to ensure the proper coverage of works and ensure that the work supervision is of high quality standards.

Carry out and carefully prepare a full study and proposal of the staffing requirements and man months allocation and timeline per position; to guarantee a reasonable competitive budget. The bridge will be 22 km long and will connect Kuwait City with the development region Subiyah, which lies across the bay. The bridge will be a low-level bridge with a number of embankments near the coast. To allow ships passage to the Kuwait harbour the bridge will be suspended over the channel.
