Team Leader / Coordinator:

Accomplishments - Set up two flow lines to help increase production and efficiency in the process before the next department. I set up kitting to help speed up production. This is when the parts go along beside the truck through the cells in production lines. I have worked on a few lean production projects like Kaizen Events, too. I held a coordinator job - until a large layoff hit. Done time studies to help figure out what parts were put on in each cell so the production lines would be more efficient.
