I have been a medical assistant for 10 years or more. I worked in a surgery clinic most of my years While working in surgery clinic in Chattanooga Tennesse I learned so much because I had the opportunity to work in all specialty's until I found what I loved. I started learning about vascular surgery and veins when I first got out of school. And Dr Christopher LeSar starting teaching me and letting me follow him into surgery so vascular became second nature. I assisted the surgeon with clinic, scheduled his surgeries at the major hospitals and the endovascular lab we had on site. I ordered ultrasound and CT as needed, scheduled post op appointment and helped with wound care ect. I love being a medical assistant and love my patients. I have been in Texas not very long and I hope I find a clinic that I love here like I did in Chattanooga. Authorized to work in the US for any employer
