PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Testing & PM Enterprises, LLC 05/2016 – Present

Served as a Senior Test Engineer for the Common Control System (CCS), for PMA 281. Responsible for advising the customer on test and evaluation activities, which include developing Test Evaluation Management Plan) individual Test Plans and Test Execution. Additionally, provide input to the Integrated Master Schedules, reviewing Requirements, Use Cases and developing Test Cases.

Support the overall CCS effort to study, analyze, research, and develop deliverables advancing commonality and interoperability of Naval Unmanned Systems (UxS) control system software and capabilities in the multi-domain (air, surface, undersea, and ground) operational environments of the U.S. Navy. The main objectives focus on the open architecture software systems engineering, software development, design, test and related scientific and technical information enabling the delivery of common and interoperable UxS warfighting capabilities to the U.S. Navy. The specific objectives focus on systems engineering, technical and program transition analysis support to identify, develop, demonstrate, and deploy multi-domain software capabilities into the USN portfolio of unmanned systems. Systems engineering, and technical analyses shall be performed to develop and demonstrate open architecture software capabilities, such as Vehicle Management (VM), Mission Management (MM) and Mission Planning (MP) software.

Master Key Consulting 05/2014 – 12/2015

Served as the Independent Verification &Validation (IV&V) Lead for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Information Technology (IT) in support of the Next Generation Name Check Program (NGNCP). As the IV&V Lead; reviewed, inspect and evaluated project artifacts to include the Agile development procedures implemented throughout the NGNCP life-cycle. The primary goal was to ensure that the NGNCP process and procedures are accurate, complete, satisfy standards, and establish the basis for moving on to the next life-cycle phase.

As the IV&V Lead directly responsible for the following activities:

- Determining the level of quality in the code design and its completeness

- Participating in daily testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Iteration Review, and Release Review activities - Planning and executing independent tests of product releases to verify the NGNCP requirements have been met utilizing SQL Queries.

- Integration services includes rich support for extract, transact and load (ETL) tasks, and the ability to run and manage as a separate SQL Server instance.

- Validating that product releases satisfy the operational needs of the users

- Verifying that the Agile Development Team is following the defined Agile process

- Inspecting and reviewing artifacts, processes, and work products from the Agile Development Team

- Coordinating with the Agile Development Team to resolve process and product-related issues

- Reporting independent findings and providing recommendations for improvement
