Kars Park, removal of all brush /trees /vegetation around 2 pond areas. Operation of loaders, backhoe.

Remodeling of bathroom in camping area. New tile,

doors, paint, plumbing, fixtures electrical .Handicap ramp installed form and pour . New pond aerators

installed. Install new dock/ deck on shoreline 1 of 6 . New piles girders, floor joist, decking, hand rail system. Painted/ sealed.

2020 Patrick SFB as Superintendent

O.D.R Marina, replacement of entire Marina ; new

seawall, new piles, new stringers, floor joist, decking, hand rail . Four roofs installed, trusses, decking, metal roof, sealing/ painting of entire area. New lighting, bumpers, cleats, tiedowns.

V.A.B. high bay roof, vent system, removal of caulking around flashing at base of vents replaced, all outer flashing/ coping remove and replaced all caulking. 2019 NKSC
