• Altair Comprises two structures, one a 68 floors 240m vertical tower and a 63 floors 209m leaning tower. The leaning tower is inclined from level 5 to 39 and goes vertical up to roof level. The Stepping Tower has an angle of 13.8 degrees from the vertical and leans towards the Vertical tower. The two towers are connected by steel outriggers at four points at levels 39 and 41. The building is situated on 2 acre plot of land leased by the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka to the Indocean Developers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing the Monthly Progress and Forecast.

• Preparation Payment Applications and liaising with Client for approvals.

• Attending the meetings with client / Sub Contractors on contractual issues.

• Coordination with different department in relation to interim valuations and variations.

• Attending the progress meeting with the client / Sub Contractors.
