PERSONAL STATEMENT: I am a highly experienced and motivated RN with a wide range of experience in both patient care and leadership. In my over 26 years as an RN, I have had the opportunity to care for all types and ages of patients with medical and psychological emergencies, as well as nonurgent needs and daily care. I am proficient in patient assessments and triage, managing patient care on a floor, IV starts, lab draws, dressing changes, psychosocial needs, and more. I can manage and multitask multiple patients as well as coordinate a unit. I would be successful at working independently in an environment such as Telehealth, or Telephone Triage.
