Resume:

Speaking from the Heart/Training/Success Coaching/Counseling/Lead Clubhouse Coordinator/Rehabilitation Specialist=Level 4.

Anaheim, CA 92805

*************@*****.***

+1-949-***-****

Application for:

Senior Case Manager and Supportive Services (ICMS). Nightingale

I have better than a Bachelors but not a Masters with a BBS number. More details further on. Notation:

Employees need to have a servent attitude where they are partnered with the clients and are working together as a team. This is part of why clients like and trust doing business with me. Note: My references are available upon request. All are Previous Supervisors and Coworkers from: The Mental Health Association of Orange County (MHA).

The YouTube link will help you see what I can do for: your clients, your employees and for you. Why also you? Because I can demonstrate: highly effective and usable skills, which were noticed and perfected by me. In this way you'll know: what a huge resource and asset, I can become for your organization..

Note: In my first three videos I wore cowboy clothes, much like Jerry Spence wore. The main difference is the colors are different. However the concept is similar. Wearing cowboy clothes: promotes a conversation. It relaxes the person you're talking with. Why? Because most likely they've never had a bad experience, with someone wearing western wear! Plus, the simple Wearing of a wide brim, white cowboy hat causes clients: to want to be more friendly and more receptive, than normal. Why? Because the movies have taught them "good guys wear white hats".

This combination actually creates a new pathway, in communication. Why? Please recall the Western movies you've seen. What color of hats did the good guys wear? I'm not married to the idea that cowboy clothes are the only way to dress. You may want me to dress differently for different occasions, perhaps even on the same day. And that's okay by me. Flexibility and Patience are some of my strengths. Whatever your dress code is, is fine by me.

Presently, my YouTube channel: is only intended for recruiters. It was very windy, the first day of doing videos. And that may make it difficult to hear the first tip. Therefore, you are invited to give me a call 949-***-****) for a: no obligation, free demonstration, of how, to use this new skill.

We'll cover several items. Specifically: how to bring happiness to others, based on the words you use. Plus, how to specifically use some of the words.

This includes, a demonstration on how to modulate your voice, which emphasizes the words you just used. This subtle change, in your voice actually creates greater levels of happiness, for the person you're talking with. Plus, it will also make you happier because you just increased someone's else's level of happiness. You'll know this, to be true for you because you can hear the positive changes in their voice!

Disclaimer:

When you go to my channel: I only give tips, never advise. The tips are for entertainment purposes only.

Work Experience

Owner/Manager

willierobertmckassonconsulting - Anaheim, CA

June 2019 to Present

Developed efficient and workable insights. I either developed my own and/or improved on someone else's. I can almost always improve and upgrade someone else's idea. Courtyard Outreach Case Manager

Mental Health Association of Orange County - Santa Ana, CA September 2006 to June 2019

Please read my cover letter, for position and significant accomplishments. Just slightly under, three More years of Case Management: at the homeless shelter. Notation: Case Manager for a total of 12.9 years, with MHA. During this 13 years (approx.). I worked with a combination of: Mental Illness, Drug and Alcohol addictions: all intermingled together.

As a special example of work experience, a huge amount of budget breaking homeless residents wanted to go to the emergency room, of local hospitals. They talked about it with Counselors of other organizations, who also worked at the Homeless Shelter. There was an excessively high percentage of homeless residents making these costly budget breaking demands.

After unsuccessfully taking with the residents to alleviate their stresses: the Counselors from the different organizations would bring them, to talk with me!

Why: because of my unique personality, combined with truly communicating with the residents. I was able to emotionally connect with these homeless residents. We connected at such a deep level...75% of them would all end up saying the same thing: "Well I guess I don't need to go to the emergency room after all".

They didn't need the emergency room after all. Why, because all they actually needed was someone who would focus and truly "listen and pay attention" to what they were actually saying. A Firemen informed me and the workers of other non-profits about the huge economic expense of having to respond to these calls. He said "the number of emergency calls to this shelter was 153". And that was over a very short period of time! Such a huge expense was never anticipated by the County Health Care Agency, the Fire Department, the Paramedics or the Santa Ana Police Department.

The Fire Department, the Paramedics and the Santa Ana police department, had never anticipated: having to budget such a huge amount of money; for making these "house calls". Their budget was never intended to have such an excessive number of emergency calls, to this shelter. They were very happy to not have this large group

(over 400 residents) "break the bank" on their budget. When I worked with these residents, Three Out of Four, came to Their Own Conclusion, during our session: they did not need to go to the hospital emergency room after all.

Plus the taxpayers would have been ecstatic, had they known about the potential of a 75% reduction, in the need for: Fire Department trucks, Paramedics and Police officers; needing to make these shelter

(house) calls!

Each conversation only took me about 45 minutes.

These skills weren't complicated and could have been easily taught by me. I could have been teaching these skills to a whole: cross section of workers from the different organizations, which worked at the shelter. However such a position: did Not Exist! And that's unfortunate because, I could have been sent 1st, to interview the homeless residents. That means, with my results: in 3 out of 4 cases; The Santa Ana Fire Department, Their Paramedics and the Santa Ana

Police Department would never have had to be dispatched. That means. Over the course of one year: how many Hundreds of Thousands of Tax Payer Dollars do you think could have been saved; if someone had only hired my talent, to do this one job? Do you think we would have all been Hero's, to the Orange County Tax Payers? My gosh, do you think this would be a simple road to re-election, for someone? Education

You'll find tips about improving presentation's. I can almost always improve on someone's presentation.

Also, tips on how to increase your clients mood and levels of happiness. By doing so, you'll also increase your levels of happiness (literally)! Additional Information

I also discovered a method which got rid of any anxiety, I used to have when giving speeches before large groups of people.

Here's an example of how well my new (teachable) methods works. My program manager asked me to give a speech about: Advancing Recovery Practices (ARP). This new method was being used throughout California.

Approximately 390 people attended the conference. After my speech six to eight people went to the table where my coworkers were sitting. Those from the audience all said the same thing:

"when Rob speaks, he speaks from his heart".

Well, that's quite an endorsement.

But that's not all that happened.

I wasn't even apprehensive!

Now I love giving speeches: any where from large groups to small ones. In other words, I've boiled all of these skills down: to the least common denominator. This way, they are easily taught and easily absorbed!

Additionally, I qualify as a Level 4, Mental Health Worker. Level 4: qualifies as a

Rehabilitation Specialist:

under the Department of

Mental Health regulations:

with an AA and 6 years of related experience) PLUS 5 additional years of related experience...with chronically and persistently: Mentally Ill populations. Additionally, I have already met these qualifications.

This replaces the requirement for a Master's Degree, as it is equivalent to a Master's Degree per the California Dept of Mental Health.

I also have lived experiences:

@ Rehabilitation Worker

@ Team Menber

@ Team Lead

@ Facilitated Mental Illness Groups

@ Facilitation followed by highly

individualized 1:1 services

@ Being Homeless

@ Living in a shelter

Everything on this Resume has worked for me because: I See the Value in Everyone! Plus, I'm willing to help anyone i.e. even those who other employees have shunned. When first finding out this had happened, it just seemed like a fluke. However two months later it turned up again with a different client. Apparently some Counselors, at various not-for-profit organizations have chosen to not help a few potential clients. Why? Because they don't agree with the homeless persons, life style and/or appearance. It's seems to be more common then meets the eye. Note: People who appear obnoxious to some and/or have a lifestyle, many may disapprove of: should never be slighted/ignored or not helped! This may be happening more than we may realize. While I was running errands in Anaheim a past client stopped me and told me I was the only person who helped him, when he lived at the Courtyard shelter. About two months later, when shopping in downtown Santa Ana, a lady stopped me and told me essentially the same information about herself.

This was so important to them: they told me approximately: 5 years after I had helped them. Notation: A Danish man was paralyzed from an auto accident, while vacationing in Portugal. He woke up in a hospital, unable to move from the neck down. A kind nurse named Carlos came over to his bed and told him: it's okay.

This so touched the heart of this Danish man and the Danish people, the school system started spending one hour a week teaching "Carlos moments". They found: compassion, empathy and kindness were skills which could be taught. Please note: Danish people are the third happiest nation in the world! For more information please see:

Here's a way for representatives to develop an excellent following of customers who want to do business with them.

The following is an improvement over how I developed a following, where 4 or 5 customers would be lined up at my table, waiting for me, before work started. Given the proper career title and the authority that goes with that title, I'd like every member of my team, to make the following statements, in their own words, to their customers and potential customers:

"Here's my card. If I can ever be of any help, please give me a call and we can set up an appointment, if that's what you need.

And I'm making this offer because: I'm totally dedicated to walking the extra mile to give good service. And if I'm not here, anyone who works here will give you the same excellent service. Because to work in this office, all of the employees have to be totally deducted to walking the extra mile, to give good service or their invited to go work somewhere else. And that's unique to this office" (or franchise, or organization). Notation: The cost of a business card is "dirt cheap", compared to the cost of losing a client to another organization

The next time I'm in a leadership position, a portion of the last meeting of the month will be spent sharing "Carlos moments".

In this way, coworkers can be preparing all month long for how they implemented their best "Carlos moments"

Do you feel this might cause your employees to become better known for being the most: compassionate, empathetic and kindest team in your industry? Hey, I'm just a regular guy. However I have a very valuable gift, which you may want for your team...It's the ability to emotionally connect with the clients, I work with. Clearly, it worked with the shelter residents who wanted to go to the hospital emergency room and then 75% decided they didn't need to go after all. But that isn't all I've been able to do, with the ability to emotionally engage with client's.

Please read my cover letter, for specific examples, of how my connecting and engaging with homeless resident client's, was able to help them.

Whether I'm connecting with a group of 390 or facilitating 1 on 1, this ability to emotionly connect, is always present.
