I am a USA-OSHA construction Safety & the British NEBOSH International General safety Certified, KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) Approved HSE Manager, Member of American Society of Safety Engineers - I have been in the HSE field over 20 years all within construction, commissioning & operation sites whether oil & Gas, refinery, Petrochemical or Power Generation Plants and solar energy.
