VISITING NURSE HEALTH SYSTEMS: Clinical Field Manager 2/21 – Present

Manage a team of 175 patients and about 15 staff members. Responsible to make sure the patients received the best possible care. As of 12/31/23 team census was about 240 supervising about 22 staff members.

Liaison between the patients, physicians, staff, and family.

KINDRED AT HOME: Director of Clinical Operations/Smoke Jumper 11/2017-10/2020

Worked in struggling agencies and usually filled in as the director. Made sure that processes and CoPs were followed and worked to make them profitable.

AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH: Numerous positions over the years (5/2002-10/2017)

Area VP of clinical – 1/1/17-10/16/17 Responsible for the clinical functions, Recerts, SJP. STARs and documentation for the west coast – AZ, CA, WA, and Oregon.
